Vorn is an online jewelry marketplace operating under UK law. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products & availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes — minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to screen settings or the nature of the materials.

3. Ordering

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout. Vorn accepts all major payment methods as shown at checkout. We are not responsible for any additional charges applied by your bank or payment provider.

International customers may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. These are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping

6. Returns & refunds

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery on unworn, undamaged items. Full details are available on our Returns Policy page. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Vorn name, logo, product descriptions and imagery — is the property of Vorn and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vorn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
