Our policy We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items Personalised or engraved pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
